A Sausage Story is a chronicle of a day in the life of three sausage delivery boys and the hardships they face. That's the best possible explanation I can come up with. To say that this movie is odd would be an understatement. It's unlike anything I've ever done before and probably unlike anything you've ever seen before. Take it as you will, but always keep in mind that nothing in this movie has a good explanation.
    On the production side of things, this was my first major film project, so while I'm happy with how it turned out, for me, making it was more a way to learn than a way to produce a polished product. Thomas Toles and I went through countless difficulties during production. Some were major, such as one of the lead actors leaving town, while others were simply slight inconveniences, but each one taught us about problem solving for this type of project. Even if the solution caused the final film to be of slightly lesser quality, we at least got through it all. If I were to remake this film tomorrow, it would be completely different. However, I'm extremely satisfied with this movie as a whole, considering every obstacle overcome in making it.
